Republicans for Black Empowerment
We are Republicans on a mission to tap the personal potential of Black Americans. For 40 years Black voters have staunchly aligned themselves with the Democratic Party on election day. Many of these voters are beginning to ask if they are getting enough in return for their loyalty. This is a crucial time for Black voters to reconsider their politics and for the GOP to deliver its optimistic message effectively to Black Americans. Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.

A Black Conservative
Garry Cobb is an Ex-Philadelphia Eagle among other teams and works locally in sports media. And now he's throwing his hat into the political arena.
"A Black Conservative" is a fantastic resource for updated political and cultural news for those of us, especially African Americans on the right.

Ending Stereotypes for America
African-Americans are as American as anyone else. Through innovation, scientific discoveries, and entrepreneurial skill African-Americans have made vital contributions in building our great nation.

Unfortunately, the contributions are often left out of our history books, encyclopedias, TV documentaries, and movies whereas comparable white inventors, scientists, and entrepreneurs are included. This leads to false stereotypes and a false sense among some black-Americans that America is not truly their country.

It's My Party Too
Inspired by a drive to get back to the fundamentals of the Republican Party, this website advocates for the historic Republican principles of liberty, individual responsibility, and personal freedom.

Our vision is a Republican Party that is unified by the basic tenets of fiscal responsibility and personal freedom, but that allows for diverse opinions on social issues by its members.

The Council for African American Republican Leadership
History:
CAARL was formed out of a leadership summit held in Keystone, Colorado in April 2001. The summit was inspired and organized by African American Republican Leaders including Joe Rogers (Lt. Governor - CO), J.C. Watts, Jr. (REP - OK), Michael Steele (GOP Party Chair - MD), Ken Blackwell (Sec. of State - OH) and a host of other African American officials, business and community leaders. This strategizing and training summit proved to be the catalyst for CAARL.

In 2003, Karen Buie made history becoming the first African American Republican female to serve as county clerk in the United States. Prior to serving as Muskegon County Clerk, Buie served as Vice Mayor of the City of Muskegon.
